Development update – Phase 2, Accelerator Park

Construction is progressing apace on the second phase of development at Accelerator Park.

Phase 2 will provide three new high-tech R&D / Life Science buildings, providing space ranging from 20,000 to 86,300 sq ft, available from Q2 2025.

The new units offer:

·       level access loading doors

·       10m eaves height

·       Cat A Lab-enabled office specification and M&E plant.

·       Multiple EV charging

·       50KN/M2 floor loading

·       136 car parking spaces (total across 3 units)

·       80 cycle spaces (total across 3 units)

With ESG high on the agenda, the new development is targeting sustainability credentials including BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC A rating, with EV charging, PV panels, enhanced site-wide biodiversity, zero waste to landfill and a rich, landscaped environment for occupiers to enjoy. Community benefits also include an onsite café and a private gym.

Accelerator Park is strategically located and provides excellent access to the wider motorway and A-road network being situated adjacent to the A505, providing immediate access to the M11, A11, A1(M) and A14.
