Canmoor and Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service collaborate with Icknield Primary School to help deliver their Public Art for Accelerator Park, Sawston

Canmoor has teamed up with Greater Cambridge Shared Planning to deliver a bespoke public art scheme at Accelerator Park with the help of year 6 children from Icknield Primary School in Sawston. The initiative forms part of Canmoor’s planning commitments at Accelerator Park and reflects their dedication to community engagement and local placemaking.

The collaborative project has brought together the children and staff at Icknield Primary School with Canmoor and their chosen artist Charley Peters, along with Greater Cambridge’s Youth Engagement Service (YES) to create an inspiring and educational installation at Accelerator Park for the benefit of the local community.
